Vous approfondirez votre compr\u00e9hension du yoga \u00e0 travers des ateliers autour de la philosophie yogique, du pranayama, de la m\u00e9ditation et des huiles essentielles, pour nourrir corps, c\u0153ur et esprit. Chaque fin de journ\u00e9e sera une invitation \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente profonde avec une s\u00e9ance de Yin Yoga, id\u00e9ale pour rel\u00e2cher les tensions, lib\u00e9rer les fascias et int\u00e9grer les bienfaits de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les matins, \u00e0 7h30, une heure de pratique de yoga ashtanga pour se mettre en forme, tonifier le corps et calmer le yoga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mardi: pranayama : vous apprendrez des techniques puissantes de respiration pour retrouver vitalit\u00e9, immunit\u00e9, joie de vivre et maitrise du souffle et du mental<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mercredi: m\u00e9ditation en conscience avec des outils pour purifier et recharger son esprit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jeudi: initiation aux huiles essentielles avec remise d&rsquo;un
